1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website and booking a cab with Parmar Travels Jaipur, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All online booking submissions constitute a request. A reservation is officially confirmed only when our central desk allocates a vehicle and contacts you directly (via phone or WhatsApp) to confirm the pickup coordinates.
3. Pricing, Tolls & Taxes
- Est. Rate: The kilometer rates (e.g., ₹9/km for Sedan) apply to outstation round trips with standard minimum running rules (e.g., 250km/day).
- Toll Tax & State Border Tax: Unless explicitly bundled in a lump-sum contract quotation, toll taxes, state permit taxes, and parking fees must be paid as actual receipts by the customer.
- Driver Allowance: Night driving allowances are applicable if the travel extends between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, as discussed during confirmation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. We offer free cancellation:
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time incur no charges.
- Cancellations made within 12-24 hours may attract a nominal cancellation fee depending on vehicle dispatch status.
- No show bookings are subject to forfeiture of any minor advance token payment.
5. Customer Conduct & Safety
Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who display aggressive, threatening, or illegal behavior. Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying hazardous/illegal substances inside the vehicles is strictly prohibited as per Government of India transport laws.
6. Limitations of Liability
While we maintain our fleet in excellent running condition, we are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, national strikes, severe highway traffic accidents, or sudden road closures by local authorities. In the event of mechanical breakdowns, our priority is to provide a replacement cab within the shortest feasible timeline.
